Do You take insurance?

Patrie is currently in-network with most private insurance providers. Because she is licensed in Indiana, you must either reside in Indiana or see her in-person at our Bolt+Tie office in Clarksville, IN in order to use insurance. We do not take Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare at this time.

Sarah is not currently in-network with insurance but does offer discounted rates for sessions.

The easiest way to schedule an appointment with one of our therapists is to select the “Request Appointment” option available on our website. You can go to our HOME PAGE to find our “contact” and “request appointment” options available at the top of the page. Click this link and you will be taken to our practice page where you will enter your contact information, select your therapist, and can select an available time/date for your intake appointment.

After you submit this request, your therapist will review your information and will reach out to you directly if there are any questions. If everything looks good, you will receive an email from your therapist with your intake documents and consents. This information must be completed within 24 hours of your appointment or your therapist may reschedule your appointment. If you are scheduling an appointment with Patrie and using insurance, you will need to upload images of the front and back of your insurance cards at this time. You will also be receiving an email from Headway, a third-party company who handles our insurance billing, so that you can set up an account with them. They will process all payments for insurance, deductibles, and coinsurance.

At your scheduled appointment time, you will go to the Bolt+Tie building at 1400 Main St. Clarksville, IN. Parking is free on both sides of the building. Please enter the main lobby using the double doors located on either side of the building (there is a large, white “1400” above the main entrance doors on both sides). When you enter, you will see a seating area with chairs, tables, and couches. In order to protect client privacy and to keep down noise in our hallway, we ask that you grab a seat in the lobby and we’ll come get you at your appointment time.

At this time we do not have walk-in availability and our office is not open to the public. In order to meet with one of our therapists, please use our contact form or request an appointment.

Because we are often in session when we are at the office and during hours of operation, electronic communication or text is the best way to reach us. We are an individual private practice and are client-focused and therapist-operated but that means we do not have staff on-hand or available to take calls.
