In these focused sessions, join Patrie as she explores the importance of three key elements of mental and physical wellness: sleep, diet, and movement. Together we will explore how these elements can have a direct impact on positive and negative mental health, how they can influence our symptoms, and how we can give ourselves a fighting chance with accessible and simple fixes.

Diet: Wednesday March 4 5:00pm-6:30pm
Movement: Wednesday March 11 5:00pm-6:30pm
All materials will be provided including paper and pens. Feel free to bring a notebook if you would like.
